PURPOSE: WANEP-Gambia aims to promote and consolidate peace in The Gambia.
OBJECTIVES: WANEP-Gambia’s objectives are to:
- Promote peace and social cohesion;
- Contribute to conflict prevention, management, and transformation;
- Prevent conflict situations through an early warning system;
- Promote a culture of justice, peace, tolerance, non-violence, forgiveness, and reconciliation;
- Invest in supporting capacity building for civil society organizations;
- Facilitate dialogue with key governance stakeholders.
