The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), in partnership with WANEP, is proud to announce the launch of a targeted and integrated training on Elections Fact-Checking and Verification in The Gambia!

As the country gears up for elections, the fight against misinformation and disinformation has never been more critical. This training will equip journalists, media practitioners, and fact-checkers with the tools, skills, and strategies needed to verify information, debunk false claims, and promote credible election reporting.
